I’m Taking the Gamealogical Insititue to ImagiCon!

So here is the deal; I can have a good bit of space in the exhibtor’s hall, more than I would get if I tried to go head to head with the other vendors and merchants. This helps me in developing the right strategy for; Why? How? and What?
I looking at having a booth, a giant chess/checkers board (4 foot king!), a playing area for Kubb (old viking tossing game – things, not people) and an area for a Gamealogical “Triathlon”. More details to follow.
Also, to help generate buzz, I am running the GIGITH! What? the Great ImagiCon Gamealogical Institute Treasure Hunt. This is the entry I put in the ImagiCon forum:

“Greetings, students and boosters of all things gamealogical!
We made it! ImagiCon will be the first public appearance of the Gamealogical Institute. This is a great event in the development of the Institute. Looks like we will be in the exhibit hall, which will give us plenty of room for our hands-on activities (Tease! Wink)

The GI will be giving away game #001 of the game “Tacticum”, which was released last year. But we saved #001 for a special event just like this.
Rules and Clues will be posted and updated weekly leading up to the Con. The final step to complete the Treasure Hunt will occur AT the Con. The treasure quest will take you throughout the ImagiCon Forum and Website and a number of to be revealed locations, virtual and otherwise.
